Each plaque comes with a brass effect steel bottle opener and wall fixings - these are not attached - as this helps with shipping & prevents damage to the plaque and the fittings - but the wholes for the bottle opener will be there - so making it easier for you to put together - The plaque come with a wall fixing BUT not attached -  allowing you the freedom to hang and attach it wherever you would like.
