*Please note that we may request photographic evidence to process your claim efficiently. Due to the personalised nature of our products, items that have been personalised are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Your refund may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Once initiated, it may take 2-5 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
Multiple Refund Requests
In cases of repeated refund claims from the same individual or group, we reserve the right to deny the refund or replacement of an order.
Additionally, we may opt not to accept future orders from such customers. Any decisions regarding this matter will be communicated in writing, either via email or telephone.
